anyway just a little update before i head off to work.
  • Chanel's iphone drowned in her handbag.
  • Our master bedroom is purple
  • We're getting a new kitchen and robes for the bedrooms installed
  • Michael is turning 40 in a month
  • We're having a combined 40th and engagement party with michael's twin and fiance and its gonna be HUGE
  • I am graduating in August wooohooo
  • I don't wanna work in retail anymore
  • I cant wait ffor the wedding!!!

Sorry ladies, I'm feeling damn sad to see this journal slowly dying. Hardly even two years old. But I guess some things just can't be forced, with what the Whatsapp revolution now, and everything else. Oh wells.

Anyway, this to me still ends up being the most convenient way to get messages and thoughts out to your girls. Hope you all at least spare the time to check on this site every so often..

Was having short chats with Tasha and Drey yesterday, managed to catch them on MSN, and we decided two make two travel trips together in the very near future. With what us graduating soon enough and moving on to money paying careers, such a dream for us to travel outta Singapore should be more than realisable!

Drumroll please!
For social service work and learning Audrey suggested... Cambodia!
For chilling and relaxing together away from the hustle and chaos of routined life Tasha suggested.... Bali!

Dear journal and the girlies who have abandoned you...
I will come back again to properly update after my exam. I swear it's not that I can't survive the one more day, it's that I'm not sure I can pass with just one more day to revise/read the books even....
But it's good to hear the overseas girlies are good.

anyways i have a job interview today for a travel consultant position

please pray i get it so i can come home more often. Travelling is part of my job description. I have made it through 2 rounds and i think this is the last one.... please pray join hands now now now now

Namaskaraa!

I've been wanting to come by here to update for awhile but never made it.. either too slow internet or no internet or too tired by the endd of the day..

There's so many things I can say really about being here but you really have to come experience for yourself. That saying, here's a few places am hoping we can go together in the  near future: Madagascar, Dharamsala, Bhutan, Goa, Pulau Bawah, Lombok, the list goes on and on and on.,.. strangers! waiting! up and down the boulevard..

So far I've only been in Bangalore and just ventured a bit out to the rural parts to see some waterfalls which was quite an experience.. my friend's digital camera disappeared into the mini falls while trying to cross a huge rock.. it was no easy feat doing rock trekking... I've suddenly a new fantaay dream of visiting all the waterfalls in the world before I die...

Thank goodness i've no serious case of diarrhoea yet but I can feel that my stomach is beginning to show signs of weakness and surrender from spiced up meals daily... I've also have flashes of craving for clear soup every not so often.. but I'll survive.

Been going to work for 3 days... still trying to learn the ropes and thank goodness my superior in charge is this nice dude who's patient with my sotongness... but being here has really tickled my funny bones with the Indian ways of handling matters.. I can't even being to explain so I will try to in person when I'm back.. It's funny to think of it some bits of frustration I had but at the end of the day it's so easy to laugh it off with a smile.

Random info: the indian ladies here walk around with a nonchalant indifference in a soulful dreamy state which is nice to be around... There are hardly any good looking dudes in Bangalore but I believe countless of brainy IT savvy genius type ones..

UPDATES...

 Rachel, I hope everything's good in India! WE MISS YOU TRUCKLOADS. Come home with many pictures k! I'm sure it's gonna be one hell of an experience for you.

We'll be meeting up for some usual Simpang lovin' tomorrow evening so anyone who's available to join us, please do! Just text me if you can make it down, knowing that what's left of us in Singapore is plainly Judy, Audrey, Cherm and I, and Sarah if she's not somewhere in the skies! Hehe. I'll be leaving on the 4th of June so Cherm, I'm your for your 22nd Birthday. Not like I'm telling you what we've got planned out la. But you know, I'm just saying. Might be meeting up with Tasha in Paris so we'll see how that goes! We'll take pictures if we do meetup and do some cheesy "wish you were here girls" sign.

I hope you girls are doing awesome nonetheless! Many misses and I shall see you tomorrow! Tash, I hope the eruptions aren't gonna affect your flights in any way when you return. I want you safe back home!

And Nelly, I love how you're whatsapping away now! LOVE IT. It's like you're still here in Singapore. Hehe. Good job on finally installing the app to your phone love. More random conversations to come. Oh yes, and I'll look out for the black feathers for you. We can get them in packs from warehouses of such. Just gotta check the quality! Will keep in touch k.
